This message occurs:

''The issuer of the key is not found''

Cause

The intermediate CA certificate is not installed prior to installing the SSL certificate

Resolution

You must install the Intermediate CA certificate. To do so, please follow the 2 following steps 

Step 1: Download the Root and/or Intermediate CA Certificate. To download the Root and/or Intermediate CA Certificate, click /ROOTS|here

Step 2: Import the Root and/or Intermediate CA Certificate using IKEYMAN 

1. Open the key database file used to create the CSR.
2. Enter the password, and then click OK.
3. Select Signer Certificates and then click Add.
4. Click Data type, and select a data type, such as Base64-encoded ASCII data. This data type must match the data type of the importing certificate.
5. Enter a file name and location for the CA root digital certificate or click Browse to select a file name and location and select OK.
6. Finally, enter a label for the importing certificate and click OK. 

Once installed, install the signed certificate.
