UC SSL

Another name for SAN SSL, UC SSL stands for Unified Communications SSL. These are extra domains or subdomains you can add to your certificate. UC SSL are especially useful for securing Microsoft Exchange where multiple subdomains and/or machine names need securing. UC/SAN can also save you time and money compared to multiple, single-domain SSL certificates.

UDRP

UDRP is an abbreviation of Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy. It is a process created by ICANN to solve disputes around abusive domain name registrations.

UNIX

UNIX is a multiuser, multitasking operating system that is widely used as the master control program in workstations and servers. The Open Group holds the trademark for the UNIX name (spelled in upper case) on behalf of the industry and provides compliance certification to the UNIX standard.

URS

URS stands for Uniform Rapid Suspension. It is a new set of procedures for the clearest, easiest cases of domain name disputes. It can be considered as a simplified version of UDRP. It costs less, and takes less time to use the URS procedure than the UDRP.
